01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification
krickex applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. As part of this process, you will be required to submit valid proof of age — typically a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — before your first withdrawal is processed. In certain circumstances, age verification may be requested at deposit stage or upon account creation. Any account where age verification cannot be completed, or where the account holder is found to be under 18, will be closed immediately and any pending balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to standard processing requirements.
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one krickex account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
03 Account Registration & Verification
To register a krickex account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required registration fields. Account Security

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your krickex wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the stated timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile financial services and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all krickex promotions unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are held in your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus Abuse
krickex takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. 06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games available on the krickex platform — whether casino slots, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports betting markets — must be played in accordance with the rules published for each individual game or market. Game Outcomes

Prohibited Automated Play

Any account found to be using prohibited software will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krickex platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Financial Crimes
- Using krickex as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
- Structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds.
- Using a payment method not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
Account Fraud
- Registering more than one account on krickex.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Impersonating another person, whether a real individual or a fictional identity, during any part of the registration or verification process.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
Game Integrity

08 Account Suspension & Closure
krickex reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where continued account operation presents a risk to the platform, other players, or the account holder themselves.
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your krickex account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@krickex. Upon closure, any verified account balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus balances that have not completed wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
Closure for Breach of Terms
Where krickex closes an account for breach of these Terms, the outcome regarding the account balance will depend on the nature of the breach:
- Minor administrative breach (e.g., outdated contact details): Account may be restricted pending resolution. Balance preserved pending compliance.
- KYC non-completion: Account may be restricted from withdrawals until documents are provided. Deposits returned if KYC cannot be completed within a reasonable period.
- Fraud, money laundering, or game integrity breach: Account closed immediately. Balance forfeited. Referral to authorities where applicable.

Self-Exclusion
